Verse 6:26

Meaning

Supreme God Krishna spoke

The restless mind, prone to leaping from one thought to another, must be calmed and redirected from those objects, firmly placed under the exclusive dominion of the inner Self. (6:26)

श्रीभगवान् उवाच

यतो यतो निश्चरति मनश्चंचलमस्थिरम् ।

ततस्ततो नियम्यैतदात्मन्येव वशं नयेत् ॥ 6:26 ॥

यतः-यतः निस्-चरति मनः, चंचलम् अ-स्थिरम्,
